I know at least one person who would like to get the rutter sabatons (http://ffxi.somepage.com/itemdb/7045).  An air tank (dropped off Hobgoblin Blaggers in Bibiki) is required to spawn the NM.  If you're interested in getting a pair of these, reply to this thread and we'll schedule times to farm air tanks and do the fight.
