Secret Smilebringers

I did this the year before last and it was a big hit. I think everyone had a lot of fun with it, and I would like to set up a new secret smilebringer event this year. Afterwards, we will have our holiday party and show off our new toys / enjoy each others' company.

So here's how it works.

1. Sign up here with your Game Name, the easiest way to get in touch with you (PM/Tell/Message/AIM/Email), and, if you like, a little list of the things you like.

I will keep a running tally of our list here so you can see who is signed up. I will leave the sign-up open until Friday, December 8th.

2. On Saturday, December 9th, I will put all of the names into a hat, and draw them out according to my list, matching everyone with a secret smilebringer. Then, I will get in touch with you (with the method you provided above) and give you your assigned recipient.

3. You will get a gift, or gifts (can be more than one) in game for your assigned recipient. You should not spend more than 30k gil on the entire package, whether it be just one item or a group of them. Feel free to get creative! And please, be kind. Bomb ash in the delivery box is never a happy day.

*Note: If you do not buy it (i.e. Camping/Farming), anything is fair game.

4. Send your gift! You may choose to do it secretly, by using a friend or a mule to deliver it. You may also choose to send it by way of delivery box.

5. On Saturday, December 16th, we will have a holiday party in the game. More details to come. You may at that time reveal yourself if you like, or just enjoy the festivities.

This event is open to all Lost Boys, friends of the Lost Boys, and any associates that would love to join in the fun. In short, if you're reading this, that means you! Any Lost Boys that have more than one character - please pick which character you would like to participate. One per person.

*This is not a roleplay event. I repeat. This is not a roleplay event. If you want to make it one, feel free - but people who do not normally roleplay are WELCOME. The more, the merrier.
