Summary, Hookay?

Level 85 NM Million Eyes. Need multiple stunners to cancel Flare, Fire IV, Firaga III. Need multiple tanks for emergency relief. Need a few crowd control for the Eyes that spawn in the fight location.

Klo will technically not be on Crowd Control and will stay in main fight. Also, Dignityxer will be a late arrival and just fitting into an open slot to DD Hakutaku

The Strategy

Kill it. The End.

What to Bring: If you think you have the possibility of dying, or even if you don't, bring a reraise item. Whether a pin or a gorget, a Reraise II is acceptable when considering the alternative being Cast time and MP to the mages. Mages, Paladins and Dark Knights, please bring some juice. We do have three refreshers but things could get hairy and having a back up refresh is a good thing. Something you can manage on your own if the refreshers are tied up in other things. Mischa. . . .::cries:: My apologies, but there is no refresh in your party. This is one of my biggest anguish points for this fight. Unless you'd prefer to rest in between adds, please juice up for the extra refresh.

What to do:Gather at the entrance to the Temple of Ugg by 8:30 EST and we'll begin the trek to the Den and Hakutaku. Everyone bring their own means of Sneak and Invisible. It's a pain getting a full alliance there as it is, much less having to wait for someone else to sneak you. Also, with 15 people moving through the place it is damn near impossible to stand and wait everytime someone needs to recast. Please please please, look at some maps, print some off if need be, but please have a general idea where you are going to keep things moving. Once there we will assess which million eyes are likely to aggro during the fight and clear them. Idealistically, I'd like to kill one, wait a minute or two and kill the next. This way once the fight starts and they start to respawn, the crowd control party will have a little time to recoup inbetween pops.

Since this is the first time at this fight for many of us, I will trade my cluster first. This can be considered our trial run for the win. Keir will main tank Hakutaku. Even flawless tanking can and has ended with a main tank death. Everybody stay calm and cool and continue with the fight. Laylow will pick up as back up tank while Keir reraises and finds a safe spot to let sickness wear off out of pop and -aga range.

Stunners will be Marathon, Kiorah, and Quetre. A stun order can be set up between them. Anyone else who has a weaponskill stun move that is not involved in a skill chain is welcome to save it for emergency or let it go to help out. Skill chains I'll defer to Fishy, The Master of the Chart.

Mischa, Dmitri, and Timofh will assist the main fight until the million eyes begin to pop. Call out if you see one so those three can break off and begin keeping the rest of us safe. Tim, You were listed as thief to be our "Ace in the Hole" Evasion tank if need be. With the addition of a second ninja, I'll let you decide if you want to bring Thief or Beastmaster for this. I've heard five BST can take Haku alone, so I assume there is benefit in that. Dmitri will need to be ont otp of Paralyna. Being in the same room as your tank and in slapping distance, this probably wont be too big an issue. The pops will obviously be killed slower than they were the first time meaning they might start to pop and stack up. If need be, Tim can solo one while Klo can join Mischa in fighting off the first. Team Crowd control will have to make that decision and call Klo in if they determine they need help.

After the victory, those not trading a cluster and getting a hat (i.e. Everyone not Keir, Mrree or Marathon) are free to lot on anything else that drops, some of which fetch good coin. Please be careful when browsing the treasure pool and be sure to pass on the optical hat.

After this, everyone take a deep breath and spread the congratulations of a good fight. We will rest and continue killing million eyes that pop at an even rate as to keep their spawn timers at a comfortable pace for the crowd control party. When the Hakutaku ??? respawns Keir and Mrree can /random for the next fight. Then we get to do it all over again.

As anxious as I am, I am really looking forward to having fun with this. Again, thanks to everyone lending help to this. See you all there tomorrow night.

I can't guarantee anything however since I've just joined another ls and it's pretty time intensive.

Ruo and I are on similar schedules, but as soon as CoP is complete(this weekend) we'll have fri-sundays pretty availible, with the exception of late saturday evenings.  I can go rdm/drk to assist with stuns.

Will not be able to make this as Limbus is at 9:00pm and I have no paintbrush to get to the Den. If I am able to show up late I will do so, however don't rely on me.

If Keir is tanking good luck, keep in mind it is an endurance fight and have a whm strictly to deal with Paralyna on the tank (if Keir you have to be extra snappy). Chances are that particular whm will be casting Paralyna 800 times in a row, so refresh and look out for HP.

Don't stand behind the tank, and make sure to stun the -ga spells with a working stun order.

Good luck guys, I'm sure you can do it without me if you try really really hard.

I suppose this means Quetre is playing with the Cool Friends, too? Craptastic. Personally, I will miss you both. Sorry I couldn't come up with an agreeable time for all. If it falls through, maybe the next time will be more agreeable.

i have to get up at 4:30 friday morning for work (most likely) so i don't know if i'll be up to attend this run... i'll let ya know thursday.

also if tanking is gonna be an issue, i can tank it on THF. just need someone to trick attack me, and i'd need a 75 enfeebler.

Looks like you guys have a good strategy. I'm sure you can pull of the win no problem. In the event that Keir does bite the dust (it happens) make sure the backup has some hate built up or can get it quickly (be it they've thrown in a couple vokes while Keir tanking or Mara launches a sata+ws on them). When the ninja tanking my cluster went down a 75 pld jumped in and took a beating until the ninja was back up, so it's possible to salvage, don't lose your cool just make things run smoothly.

That being said I honestly don't think Keir will bite it, you have enough stuns that you should be able to take care of most anything that comes at you :)

I'd also suggest that one of the rdm's act as a silencer/dispeller for the adds. Their main focus would be stun and helping the main parties, but when an add is popped and the crowd control party is taking care of it, throw out a silence and later dispel if it's needed. I'd say to designate someone for this, but it could be their stun order. Of course Dmitri could silence depending on magic skill and it's only blaze spikes. Your call.

If Tim goes beast there's a possibility that he can take away one of the pops and use it to fight Hakutaku (which he'll most likely do some good dmg). Also due to the new patch he could just run them up the stairs and give them the boot cause them to de/repop. 3 Beastmasters can beat this if they know what they're doing, 5 is just to make sure :)
