Alright, for those of you who don't know, Swift belt is a level 50 ra/ex piece of sex.  Add4% haste and 3 acc at the meager cost of 5 attack.  To obtain, we have to kill some fomor NMs in the sacarium(CoP area, 50 cap) To spawn the NM, you must have a Fomor Codex and have a high level of fomor hate.  The race that trades the codex to the spawning point is the race of the fomor that pops, and it's agreed upon by 90% of all hamsters the -hume- is the easiest.  The codex drop off of taurus in phomunia aqueducts that aren't much trouble to kill, just the doom problem.  Unfortunately the belt is not 100% drop, so it wouldnt hurt for us to farm a few extra Codex than what we need.  Last thing is when you trade the codex, your fomor hate will reset, so you cannot trade them back to back, someone else in the PT will have to.
