I'm looking to BCNM for a penitent's rope, as well as enfeeble and elemental torques. If enough are interested, I might even suggest trying to get a Pcc run started.

Just looking for anyone who would be interested, then we can go from there.

After I get all of these items, I'll likely waste all my seals trying to get a kraken club.

Penitent's Rope BCNM is easily duo-able by NIN and WHM. I'd be happy to help you with that any time. As for enfeebling torque, the Spider Torque, dropped of an NM in Altepa, is a pretty decent (and cheaper, or free if you camp it) alternative.
